Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Price changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Order confirmations sent by email do not constitute a guarantee of availability; we will notify you promptly if an item is unavailable after payment.

Food Products — Allergen & Dietary Disclaimer

Our products contain or may be made in facilities that handle common allergens including wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, eggs, and sesame. Ingredient and allergen information is listed on each product page and on product labels. However:

• Cross-contact with allergens is possible in small-batch production environments.
• If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please review all ingredient and allergen information carefully and contact us with questions before ordering.
• Joyful Pantry is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or failure to review product information provided.

Texas Cottage Food Disclosure

Certain products sold by Joyful Pantryare produced in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the Texas Department of State Health Services or a local health department, in accordance with the Texas Cottage Food Law (Texas Health & Safety Code, Chapter 437, Subchapter C). Products produced under the Cottage Food Law are not intended for resale to a third party.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, and allergen information on the Site are accurate and up to date. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product appearance may vary slightly due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our goods. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products transfer to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. Joyful Pantry is not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused by the carrier after pickup. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is described in full on the Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order you agree to those terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, product names, logos, photographs, graphics, and design — is the property of Joyful Pantry or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content or personal data from the Site without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOYFUL PANTRY, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APPLICABLE ORDER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joyful Pantry, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
